Dear Congregation and Friends of St Mary Longcot,
Please find attached the Benefice Newsletter and associated documents for Sunday. Given the surge in COVID infections within the Vale, may I draw your attention to the guidance on COVID and attending church, which is on the front page of the Newsletter.
St Mary, Longcot. Pam Mullin has kindly agreed to lead our service of Morning Prayer at St Mary on Sunday, which will begin at 9.30am.
St John, Fernham. The new War Memorial in the Fernham Churchyard is being unveiled on Sunday and there will be a reception for invited guests in the Church afterwards.
Old Pews. We are making steady progress in passing on the old pews but there are still a couple remaining, so please let me know if you are interested in having one. All we are asking is a donation to church funds.
APCM. A date for your diaries is Tuesday 10th May at 6pm, when we will be holding the Longcot with Fernham Annual Parochial Church Meeting in St Mary’s Church. More details will be shared nearer the time.
