If you fancy getting fit and you’re over 60 – read on

GO Active Gold is a three-year project that aims to increase the health and well-being of people aged 60 and over who live in the rural areas across South
Oxfordshire and The Vale of the White Horse. The teams coordinate new fun and friendly physical activities that are suitable for people of all abilities; activities that will not only keep you fit but also in touch with a group of like-minded people.

The team coordinator for the Vale, LUKE HORTON, has organised a “Taster” event in Uffington Village Hall on Monday 20th February, between 10:00 am and Midday. Here you can learn more about the project, tell Luke and his team about the activities you would like to see, meet the team and trial one of the activities!

If you fancy going, then give Luke a call and book yourself a Taste of GO: Luke Horton, GO Active Gold Activator, Vale of White Horse District Council
