Faringdon Regent Cinema is a Community Cinema in the Corn Exchange, Faringdon. The cinema is a non-profit organisation run by Faringdon Community and Tourist Information Centre on behalf of Faringdon Town Council.
Blockbuster Nights are usually held on a Friday evening at the end of each month with a licensed bar, popcorn and sweets available.
Matinee Club films are usually shown on the 1st Wednesday of each month and include tea and coffee.
Films are shown in a relaxed atmosphere and the prices are kept low so that the local communities can enjoy a fun and affordable evening.
Adults £4. Under 18’s £3. Family tickets £10.

Longcot800 Lucky WALK13. Mounting One tree Hill Fort above NE Longcot starting and ending in Little Coxwell (after 5.5 km rambling with a hilltop view).
Meet as usual at Longcot Green at 6 pm on Tuesday 2nd September.
Volunteer cars needed there please, to share transportation of walkers to park at Little Coxwell

The next walk is a 7km heading south east to uffington via the wharf.
A new page has been added to the website where villagers can buy, sell or swap items. All you need to do is send details of the items to Longcotvillage@gmail.co.uk indicating what you would like to sell, buy or swap an item for and include your contact details. Each item will be advertised for 2 weeks.
